Your receipt is included as a parcel summary document enclosed with your delivery. This document serves as your official receipt for the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number from either Royal Mail or EvRi.
With this tracking number, you can:
- Choose to have your parcel left in a safe place
- Arrange for it to be left with a neighbor
- Adjust the delivery time
- Send the parcel to a nearby collection point for convenient pickup
Simply use the link in your tracking email to access Royal Mail or EvRi’s website and manage your delivery options.
Please note: if you’ve arranged directly with our courier to leave your parcel in a “safe place,” Eputlocal cannot accept liability for any loss or damage after delivery.
Your order may have been cancelled due to unusual activity detected on your account. We investigate such cases to protect both our customers and your account, ensuring that no one else is using your account details. Please contact us to find out more about your cancellation.
Enjoy our Free Next Day Delivery! Simply place your order before 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, to receive it the next business day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on Saturday will arrive by Monday, while those orders placed after will be delivered on Tuesday.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We currently accept payments through PayPal. This secure and convenient option ensures your transaction is safe and protected.
You may cancel your entire order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and neither you nor customer service will be able to modify or cancel the order. However, you may still return any unwanted items for a refund once they arrive.
For returns, please initiate the process within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return postage costs, and all items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
To ensure a smooth returns process, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of shipping, as Eputlocal cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
Partial order cancellations, or items returned without original packaging or in a non-resellable condition, will not qualify for a refund.
Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you may not be able to cancel it online. Please contact customer service within 15 minutes of placing your order, and they will assist with cancellation. After this window, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Please Note: Eputlocal reserves the right to decline future orders from individuals who repeatedly cancel entire orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and details about the issue, including photos of the damaged item if applicable.
- Choose Your Resolution: We will assist you in arranging an exchange, replacement, or refund for the damaged or incorrect item.
- Partial Refund Option: If the damage is cosmetic and you’d prefer to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund.
