2. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Eputlocal cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please retain proof of shipping until your return has been processed.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Important Conditions
- Non-Qualifying Returns: Items not in original condition, without original packaging, or not in resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Repeat Returns or Cancellations: Eputlocal reserves the right to decline or restrict future orders from individuals who repeatedly return or cancel orders.
